Against the former Brazilian president Michel Temer an arrest warrant has been issued for corruption allegations. The news agency AP reports, citing prosecutors. The television broadcaster Globo News reports that Temer was arrested in São Paulo.

According to AP judge Marcelo Breitas has the arrest warrant arranged. The judge
oversees comprehensive corruption investigations against leading companies
Politicians and officials of the country.
