Taiwanese in Hawaii help the homeless population with much needed services

This week marks 40 years ago that the US Congress approved the Taiwan Relations Act, a measure that helped the country remain independent of China. Various Taiwanese civil society organizations distributed food and clothing, provided medical care and testing, along with many other services at the Punawai Rest Stop in Iwilei.
