The police got in Hesse arrested a group of terror suspects in the Rhine-Main area. She should have a stop with
planned a car and firearms, said the prosecutor Frankfurt. The eleven people between the ages of 20 and 42 years had wanted to commit an "Islamist-terrorist-motivated attack" and kill as many "infidels" as possible, it said.

The suspects are said to belong to the investigators of the Salafist scene in the region. They are charged with terrorist financing and dating to a crime. The main suspects are a 21-year-old from Offenbach and two 31-year-old from Wiesbaden.

To prepare for the attack, the suspects are said to have already contacted various arms dealers, rented a larger vehicle and raised money to buy firearms.

The raids and arrests in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate on Friday involved 200 police officers, including special forces. Among other things, the police seized more than 20,000 euros, several knives, small amounts of narcotic drugs and written documents and data carriers.
