In the Cologne-Bonn region, the police warn against a prisoner who has not returned from his exit from closed psychiatry. Five years ago the convicted murderer had already fled once.
A psychologically ill killer did not return to closed psychiatry in Cologne after an exit on Sunday. The 67-year-old, who had fled in 2014, can be very aggressive, especially under the influence of alcohol, police said.
It is strongly warned of attempts to address or hold him. The wanted person had money, was dependent on medication and had moved by public transport in the past. He usually stayed in the Bonn, Bornheim or Troisdorf regions in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.
The man is described as follows:
- 1.73 m high
- strong stocky shape
- Bald head with short gray hair
- Brown eyes
- pink skin
- green anorak
- blue jeans
- White shirt
- black and white sneakers
The fugitive had killed his 78-year-old neighbor in 1998 in Bad Godesberg. He was placed in closed psychiatry in 1999 by the Bonn jury. Already in December 2014 the man had fled once for several days. At that time he had disappeared during a guided visit to a Christmas market. After two weeks on the run, the person sought was arrested again.
Information about the man's whereabouts is received by the Cologne police at telephone number (0221) 229 0 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
