The German Bundesliga team Eintracht Frankfurt has told Liverpool and other suitors that there are no offers yet for their goal Luka Jovic, a club official revealed.
Luka Jovic was on the Reds team's radar for a few months back and the Merseyside team made efforts in the last winter transfer window, but failed to conclude an agreement.
However, with the interest of Liverpool and its long-term rivals Man United and claims that the offers have already been submitted, Eintracht Frankfurt chairman Wolfgang Steubing said that it is not true.
According to him, the club has not yet received any official offers from the two English Premier League teams.
Luka Jovic has been impressive so far this season and has been on the list of points in Serbia's 1-1 draw against Germany on Wednesday to add to the 15 goals scored in the German Bundesliga in 18 games.
The club official stated that there has been speculation on social media about his departing player, noting that there is no such thing as he has not received any offers from any of the clubs.
However, this can be considered as a call to the Merseyside group that is expected to be an offer for Luka Jovic.
