Neowiz Announces Major Holdet Tournament

Neowiz Co., Ltd., under the joint leadership of Kim Seung-cheol and Bae Tae-geun, has officially announced the “PFGT x Greenshole Holdet Tournament,” a collaborative event centered around thier popular game, “Gong Pepper Showdown Holdet.” This tournament blends online and offline play, offering a unique competitive experience for players.

Online Qualifiers: The Road to paradise City

The tournament structure features a “Main Event” and a “Side Event Bounty Hunter,” both commencing with online satellite tournaments. These satellites serve as qualifiers, granting players entry into the prestigious offline events. The Main Event qualifiers are scheduled from April 29th to May 6th, while the Side event Bounty Hunter qualifiers will run from May 2nd to May 6th. It’s important to note that the tournament will conclude early if all participation slots are filled.

Specifically, the Main Event will accept 400 entries out of a possible 7,200, and the Side Event Bounty Hunter will accommodate 220 entries from a pool of 2,200.

offline Finals: A Battle for Millions

The culmination of the tournament will take place offline at Paradise City Studio Paradise in Incheon. The side Event Bounty Hunter finals are slated for may 16th, followed by the Main Event on May 17th and 18th. The stakes are high, with a total prize pool of 250 million GDT (Garments) for the Main Event and 50 million GDT for the Side Event.

Exclusive Free Roll Competition

Adding to the excitement, Neowiz will host a “Free Roll” competition exclusively for offline participants. These free-to-enter events will be held on May 16th and 17th, offering a chance to win up to 25 million GDT. Participation is limited to players already competing in the Main and Side Events on those days, making it a valuable prospect for those who have already qualified.
