The Xpander, initially introduced in Indonesia in 2017, quickly became a market disruptor in the MPV segment.The new models aim to build on this legacy with a focus on innovation and an improved driving experience.

Exterior Design: A Dynamic and Robust Refresh

The New Xpander receives a extensive exterior makeover, designed to project a more dynamic and elegant presence. Key changes include:

• Silver aero black skirt
• Revised bumper design
• Updated fog lamps
• New alloy wheel designs

In parallel, the New Xpander Cross adopts a tougher, more rugged aesthetic. Notable exterior enhancements include a mesh grille,skid plate,daytime running lights,continuous turn signals,and a redesigned rear bumper. the Xpander Cross also features new 17-inch alloy wheels, enhancing its robust stance.

Interior Enhancements: Comfort and Technology

Inside, both the new Xpander and New Xpander Cross benefit from significant upgrades aimed at improving comfort and convenience. the New Xpander features a black interior with new fabric seat materials, a redesigned steering wheel, an 8-inch cluster instrument panel, and a 10-inch head unit.The Xpander Cross boasts a black and burgundy interior, synthetic heat leather seats with heat guard, an 8-inch instrument cluster, and a 10-inch head unit.

Safety and New Variants

Safety remains a paramount concern, with the New Xpander equipped with a total of six SRS airbags and Active Yaw Control for enhanced stability. Moreover, Mitsubishi has introduced a new variant, the Exceed Tourer, which comes as an evolution of exceed variants, according to Guntur Harling, Product Strategy Manager of PT MMKSI. This new trim level offers increased driving comfort and a more stylish exterior appearance.
