A blockbuster tag team match pitting cody Rhodes and Jey Uso against John Cena and Logan Paul is now official for WWE Money In The Bank 2025. The announcement follows a series of dramatic events at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24.

During the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Jey Uso and Logan Paul, John Cena interfered, attempting to cost Uso the title. However, Cody Rhodes made a surprise return, thwarting Cena’s plan. After clearing the ring of Cena and ensuring uso retained the title, rhodes challenged Cena and Paul to a tag team match, teaming himself with Uso.

The challenge was quickly accepted. WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H confirmed the match Sunday morning via social media,making it official for Money In The Bank. Triple H also revealed a new event poster featuring all four Superstars.

This match marks Rhodes’ first since losing the Undisputed WWE Universal championship to John Cena at WrestleMania 41. The tag team match sets the stage for a heated clash between four of WWE’s most prominent figures. For Logan Paul, it’s another chance to prove himself alongside a legend, while Cena aims to disrupt WWE’s current stars.

The addition of this tag team match amplifies the excitement for the event. WWE Money In The Bank 2025 is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, and will be broadcast live on peacock and WWE Network internationally. The event will coincide with NXT x AAA Worlds Collide, creating a packed night for WWE fans.
