Michael Scott was acquitted of murder but located guilty of manslaughter for killing his 76-calendar year-aged aunt Chrissy Tracy, who died right after staying run over by a transporter driven by her nephew.

Immediately after Ms Treacy’s brother died, Scott owned 50 % of Derryhiney’s land and Ms Treacy owned the other half. She leased her land in Kiltormer and Derryhiney to the defendant.
Witness Regina Donohue explained to the demo that by Xmas 2017, the deceased experienced used by her attorneys to have the Derryhiney land divided.
On the day of Ms. Treacy’s demise, Scott acquired a letter from an agricultural expert telling him that Ms. Treacy was applying for a single farm payment for specific fields on Derryhiney Farms.
