The General Consulate of Mexico in San Diego, California, has joined forces with the Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee on Anti-Poverty (MAAC) to launch the exciting call for scholarships for Latinos in the USA.

- Be immigrants of Mexican or Latino descent, or be the children of immigrant parents of Mexican or Latino descent (a copy of the birth certificate or personal identification must be presented).
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Reside within San Diego County.
