Colorful things from science
The Lichtenberg Children’s University 2025 starts on November 1st with a KULen Science Day. Exciting lectures await curious children ages 8 and up until November 22nd – every Friday and Saturday.
Berlin, October 29, 2025. Why is a tiger looking at us from the corn flakes package? What actually happens when you drink alcohol? How do you deal with anger, stress and despair? These and many other exciting questions are answered by real professors in the KUL lectures at the KinderUni Lichtenberg (KUL). From November 1st to 22nd, 2025, children aged eight and over can experience science up close and get a taste of real university life over four weekends.
A colorful start to science
It starts on November 1st, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the KUL Science Day in the Anna Seghers Library in the Linden Center (Prerower Platz 2, 13051 Berlin-Hohenschönhausen). Entertaining mini-lectures, creative workshops and surprising experiments are waiting to be discovered here.
Lecture hall with an aha effect
From November 8th, the Children’s University will open its doors at the Berlin University of Technology and Economics at Treskowallee 8, 10318 Berlin – always in lecture hall 238 (House A on the 2nd floor). Professors from the HWR Berlin, HTW Berlin and KHSB universities show how fascinating research can be.
