More importantly, it provided a means for children to connect with their inner selves and recognise their need for rest and tranquility.

In the beginning, the children only watched and over time the interest in it came.Together we tried various yoga positions and this is also a great prospect to accompany children linguistically, to repeat and thus consolidate terms. And for some time now they have also been paying attention in group events, they often come to me when they need some peace and ask me if we can do a few exercises together. You pay attention to your needs that you e.g. B. need rest.

Each of us has its story and so it is with the children.We appreciate the diversity and it is important to us to support each child in their challenges, to discover potential and to take them up.
