Kany García Concerts Postponed Due to COVID-19 Spike – NBC Puerto Rico

Given the continuous increase in cases of COVID-19 that have been reported in Puerto Rico in recent weeks, the concerts of Kany García, to be held in Coliseum of Puerto RicoThey have been rescheduled.

The two functions of the Puerto Rican singer and songwriter will be the Friday March 25 and Saturday 26, 2022.

Tickets purchased for the performances originally scheduled for these concerts will be valid for the new dates.

This will be a show, produced by Move Concerts, La Buena Fortuna and Noah Assad Presents.

Kany García, promises to provide a first class show in his homeland, with his unique and incomparable voice, along with his repertoire of greatest hits, accompanied by his most recent masterpiece, the album “Mesa Para Dos”, which includes the world hits “ What I See In You”, “Búscame”, “Titanic” and “New Lies”.

“Mesa Para Dos” debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Current Latin Pop Albums chart within a day of its release. In addition, it reached the #1 position on iTunes in several Latin American countries. The single “Lo Que En Ti Veo”, along with Nahuel Pennisi, surpassed more than 11.3 million views on YouTube and debuted on the Latin Airplay list in the Top 40.

Likewise, the Puerto Rican received five nominations for her album “Mesa Para Dos”, in which she won in the category of “Best Singer-Songwriter Album”, at the 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards, thus becoming the female artist with the most nominations in the edition held in November 2020.
