The music world mourns the loss of Jill Sobule,the acclaimed American singer-songwriter best known for her thought-provoking lyrics and the hit song I Kissed a Girl. Sobule passed away on Thursday, May 1st, at the age of 66, following a fire at her home in Woodbury, Minnesota.The news was confirmed by her press representative, David Elkin.
