Participants rated overall customer satisfaction and specific performance features, contributing to an overall index.Service providers exceeding the industry average receive the “top-placed” award, while those achieving the highest score are designated “No. 1.” HR WORKS distinguished itself with a total index of 68, surpassing competitors in the HR software sector.

Notably, the “HR Software” category is a recent evolution of the “Time Tracking Tools” category, in which HR WORKS previously held the top position for three consecutive years. This transition reflects the growing demand for comprehensive HR solutions that extend beyond basic time management.
