Costa Azul to Host Men’s Beach Volleyball Competition

The coastal city of Angostura is set to become a hub of athletic excitement as it prepares to host a Men’s Beach Volleyball tournament at the popular Costa Azul beach. Spearheaded by the municipal Youth Institute in Angostura, under the direction of Jorge Luis Angulo, the tournament is a collaborative effort. The Municipal Institute of Sports and Physical Culture (Imdan), led by José Albino Soberanes, and Mayor Alberto “El Capy” Rivera are also key organizers. This partnership underscores the city’s commitment to providing diverse recreational opportunities.

Tournament Details: Registration and Prizes

Teams interested in participating in the Volleyball Beach Men’s tournament can register for a fee of 500 pesos. The competition will feature teams of three, battling it out on the sands of Costa Azul from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the top three teams will be awarded cash prizes, adding an extra layer of competition and excitement to the event.
