The man from Rockford is confronted with criminal charges for alleged drug trafficking

BOONE COUNTY, Illinois (WIFR) – A man from Rockford was arrested for alleged drug trafficking after a two-month drug investigation in Boone County.

Terrell D. Sockwell, 33, was detained by order of the Belvidere / Boone County Metro Narcotics Unit.

Sockwell is confronted with criminal charges with three counts of unlawful delivery of a regulated substance. He is confronted with a maximum of 15 years in prison if he is convicted.

Sockwell was transferred to the Winnebago County prison. He is considered innocent unless he is found guilty by the court.
