The deputies of Tulare Co. found the elderly man who died with dementia

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says that Meza was found.

The Tulare County Sheriff's Office asks the public for help in identifying an elderly man who disappeared with dementia.

Investigators say that Leandro Meza, 76, was seen last Sunday afternoon by road 191 and Avenue 146 in Poplar.

Members say he was wearing a blue buttoned shirt with white dots, black and gray sweatshirt, gray pants and a brown hat.

According to investigators, Meza has a history of wandering away confused.
