Vitamin D is one of the important vitamins that the body needs constantly, but many of us do not realize its importance, although a decrease in the proportion of this vitamin in the blood leads to severe symptoms such as persistent infection or fractures.
It is therefore important to be aware of the signs of vitamin D deficiency, so that we are first interested in taking this vitamin and secondly to start consulting the doctor if we suffer from one of them.
