JACKSONVILLE, Florida – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office asks the community for help in finding a Jacksonville man who disappeared with dementia.

Alvin Shallers, 79, could drive a red 2018 Ford Escape with a Massachusett tag, 9VM448. He is 6 feet and 150 pounds.

The man was seen for the last time in the area of ​​block 3900 of Salisbury Road in Jacksonville.

JSO said that man could be traveling to the Tampa area, but could be anywhere.
