Cancer survivors celebrate, raise money for research at Race for the Cure

“There is hope. When I see people who have been cancer-free for 35 years, and I just finished in September, it brings tears to my eyes. Going through the treatment is rough, it is rough, but being on the other side of it, you just have to thank God. I just thank God every day. There is hope, there is hope,” said cancer survivor Mary Hughes.
