Gold Price Surge: Capital Rotation & Rally Potential

After the recent collapse in gold prices, many investors are once again turning their attention to Bitcoin. Could a major capital rotation start now, spurring Bitcoin? Analysts are seeing initial signs that the cryptocurrency is benefiting from such a trend and are talking about possible price targets of $150,000 to $180,000 in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Bitcoin is establishing itself as digital gold

In recent years, Bitcoin has emancipated itself from the previously negative prejudices against cryptocurrencies and has established itself as a serious investment asset. The advantages of BTC as a store of value and digital counterpart to gold are increasingly coming into focus. Ultimately, blockchain technology can also be used for criminal activities, but the functions for non-fiat transactions, global transfers and Bitcoin’s absolute limitation in terms of supply are much more important.

While the gold supply is slowly but steadily growing through the mining of new gold, BTC is clearly limited to 21 million coins. A large proportion of these are already in circulation or in the hands of investors who no longer want to part with their Bitcoin holdings so quickly. At the same time, the demand for BTC continues to grow at the institutional and government levels. A national Bitcoin reserve has already been announced in the US, large companies and pension funds are investing in the crypto market’s reserve currency through the Bitcoin spot ETFs created last year, and Bitcoin holdings on crypto exchanges continue to shrink.

Gold price falls – Bitcoin rises: Is the big shift beginning?

The current development of gold and BTC in comparison is particularly exciting. Gold had recently undergone a parabolic rally. The precious metal is up over 50% year-on-year and has recently risen from prices below $2,500 to an all-time high of up to $4,378. The reason for this is likely to be the key interest rate cuts decided by the Fed in the USA and the prospect of further rate cuts.

However, there has recently been a deficit in BTC compared to the price development of gold, which could close now that the price of gold is falling again. Gold has already fallen well from its highs and is now trading at just over $4,000 per troy ounce. At the same time, the Bitcoin price has risen by 3% in the last 24 hours, and analysts such as Ash Crypto now see the start of capital rotation as confirmed. Even a small capital rotation of a few percent of the gold market capitalization in Bitcoin would be enough to trigger a significant price boom for the cryptocurrency, as the gold market capitalization is around $30 trillion, while BTC is only worth around $2 trillion.

Bitcoin Hyper Presale: Layer 2 solution before the stock exchange listing

The HYPER-Coin is currently becoming the focus of more and more investors. The reason for this is both the early stage of development and the exciting utility that the Bitcoin Hyper project behind it would like to offer. HYPER is currently still in the presale phase, with $25 million already invested in the native coin. The entry price for presale investors is currently $0.013175 and will be gradually increased during the presale.

The main reason why investment interest is so great is that… Bitcoin Hyper to become the first true Layer 2 blockchain for Bitcoin. Bitcoin does not yet have its own L2 solution, although the blockchain is often overloaded. Bitcoin Hyper is intended to change that and is based on the Solana Virtual Machine. Thanks to this, Bitcoin transactions should be able to be outsourced and processed many times faster, which could open up completely new use cases for BTC.
