A look at the 41. Gay film week Freiburg, featuring a Q&A with nico from the „berlin Bruisers”, germany’s first queer rugby team, and discussions with filmmakers from the NEW GERMAN QUEER SHORTS program.
The 41. gay film week Freiburg featured a screening of TACKLING LIFE, a film by director Johannes List about the „Berlin Bruisers”, the first queer rugby team Germany. Nico,a member of the team,participated in a Q&A session after the film. Members of the Freiburg Rugby-Club e.V., including Are and Adam, also attended the screening and discussed the film and the Berlin club.
The documentary HEIGHTENED SCRUTINY received a Special price of the film week, presented by Queeamnesty Freiburg. Director Sam feather was interviewed about the film.
