Recipe Stir-fried rice with mushrooms
- 200 g of rice
- 250 g mushroom
- 15 g butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of parsley
- salt pepper
Cook the rice in boiling water for the time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Brown the minced shallot and chopped garlic in a buttered pan. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and let them drain.
When the rice is cooked, drain it then pour it with the mushrooms. Leave to return for about ten minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving hot.
