According to First Admiral I Made Wira Hady, Head of the Indonesian Navy Information Office (Kadispenal), the individual in question has been identified as Satria Arda Kumbara. However, Wira Hady clarified that Kumbara was previously discharged from the Marine Corps, holding the rank of Serda at the time of his dismissal.
