Tastes really Italian: lightning-fast pizza dough without yeast
Sometimes it just has to be quick, or you lack the motivation to let off steam in the kitchen for a long time. But if you still don’t want to reach for finished products, but want to swing the dough hook, our fast yeast-free pizza dough is just what you need!
And this is how it’s done:
- In the first step, preheat the oven to 220 degrees top / bottom heat and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Knead the ingredients in a bowl to form a dough. Shape the sticky dough into a ball and roll it out thinly on the baking sheet. If the dough is too sticky, just add a little more flour.
- Brush the pizza dough with tomato sauce as you like and top with various ingredients. Then bake in the oven for five to eight minutes – done!
