KATE Middleton hugged a young man in Bradford’s crowds today, causing a nearby woman to cry.
The touching moment came when she and Prince William made their way through the supporters who stood out in the cold weather.
The Duchess, 38, told the young man that he loved his coat and added that “George would love your coat, he loves camouflage.”
She happily talked with the boy and the woman with him, before bowing for a hug, which the boy happily accepted.
When the couple hugged, the woman overwhelmed with him sobbed in her hand as she recorded the moment.
Kate continued the conversation before saying warmly “nice to meet you” as she moved along the line of anxious fans to shake her hand.
Today Kate and William, 37, were cheered by a large crowd when they arrived in the city of West Yorkshire, with the town hall bells ringing to mark the visit.
The couple smiled when they met with city officials, their first joint commitment since the charity event to support the Shout mental health support service in November last year.
The couple cheerfully greeted the crowds shouting enthusiastically, while Prince William cheerfully called a section the “noisy corner.”
They moved from outside the Town Hall to MyLahore, a curry house that does a lot of charity work in the community, where they immediately got caught in doing lassis.
While Wills had appeared exhausted yesterday morning after the crunchy conversations with his brother, the father Prince Charles and the grandmother the queen, he was later seen smiling while presenting the cavalries at Buckingham Palace.
The brothers’ bond has not recovered since a fight just before the two families appeared together in public with baby Archie for the first time last year.
And it is feared that his relationship with Brother Harry has reached a historic low over chaos, and sources say there was a series of furious ranks.
Tensions between the couple have grown since then, with Wills accusing Harry of “changing” and “talking rudely to staff.”
Meghan, 38, is still in Canada, having fled the United Kingdom when she and Harry unleashed the news of the bomb they were leaving.
Harry locked himself in talks with the Queen on Monday, and decided that “it was not necessary” for Meghan to call from North America.
