The officials of the Ohio in Stormy Arrest of Daniels Strip Club face departmental expenses

Columbus police in Ohio reported five officials involved in the arrest of Stormy Daniels at a strip club last year, NBC News reported.

Three of the five officers were named in a lawsuit filed by Daniels against the city and the Columbus police department, accusing her of being arrested in a political conspiracy to protect President Donald Trump.

Trump and Daniels, a popular pornographic actress, have been involved in a war of words and lawsuits for a report he says he had with Trump more than a decade ago.

Daniels was arrested on July 11, 2018, at the Sirens Gentlemen's Club with the charge of committing inappropriate behavior towards customers. The charges against Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, were withdrawn in a few hours, and the charges against two other women working in the club were withdrawn in a few days.
