Taylor Swift sends flowers to hospitalized fans

Again, Taylor Swift showed how much he loves his fans by sending a Swiftie hospitalized in a handwritten letter and a flower arrangement.

The windy Lindsay Sizemore fan had a serious car accident on March 31st. He admits he is chirping that he was not wearing a seat belt and that his airbag had not opened, so Sizemore ended up with a broken back, neck, leg, finger and 11 broken ribs.

After the complications of his initial surgery ended with a collapsed lung, the only thing that could make Sizemore feel better – at least mentally – was an act of kindness from his favorite pop superstar.
