Santiago de Cali, January 21, 2026

More than a stage, a place full of stories. During 2026, the Enrique Buenaventura Municipal Theater in Cali opens its doors to the public to invite them to immerse themselves in its history and legacy through its guided tours, a cultural experience that takes on special relevance as the theater is about to celebrate its 100 years in 2027.

These visits allow attendees to tour the most representative spaces of the theater, get to know its architecture up close, discover anecdotes of great productions and relive the passage of the artists who have marked its stage over the years. The initiative seeks not only to bring the public closer to the world of performing arts, but also to strengthen the sense of belonging and appreciation for Cali’s cultural heritage, offering an enriching experience for people of all ages.

For this year, the Enrique Buenaventura Municipal Theater offers two guided tour options:

Tuesday, at 11:00 am

Thursday, at 3:00 pm

Each tour lasts approximately 40 minutes. To participate, it is necessary to fill out the registration form available by clicking here.

The tour has a value of $10,000 per person. Groups of 10 or more people must make prior scheduling by writing to the email Comunicacionestm@cali.gov.co, indicating date, time and number of attendees, subject to availability and confirmation.

Likewise, each visitor must complete the registration form. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early.

This programming takes on special relevance as it becomes an opportunity for Cali residents and visitors to get to know the theater in depth before its temporary closure due to restoration processes.
