“I love everything that we make at BIRD bakery and definitely enjoy my sugar. I try to eat everything in moderation, but I’m type 0 blood type, so I love my protein. … if I’m going to eat 9 cupcakes in a day, a protein base is key,” she notes, emphasizing the importance of balance.
