“My biosphere and I – our living space in the culinary focus”
All teachers of the biosphere reserve schools were able to take part in two afternoons in November in order to be able to integrate the topic of the biosphere reserve even more easily into everyday school life.
In addition to general information about the biosphere reserve, the focus was on the culinary art. How easy it can be to combine the theme of the biosphere reserve with the themes of food and enjoyment was examined in more detail. In addition to many practical exercises, there was a special highlight: a visit to the LFS Tamsweg including a tour of the food-related premises by director Mathias Gappmaier. A cheese tasting under the expert guidance of Barbara Mauser and Sophie Bogensperger rounded off the training.
