Echternach: call for witnesses to find the owner of a dog

A call for witnesses was launched on Monday to obtain information on an incident involving two dogs the day before, around 11 p.m. in Echternach.

At 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, a small dog was bitten by one of its congeners, route de Luxembourg in Echternach. The Yorkshire Terrier was with his handler, sitting on a bench near the Belle Vue bus stop, when a stranger walking a gray-white, medium-sized dog approached.

It was then that the small dog was allegedly bitten by the larger one. The owner of the latter fled with him via the bus station in the direction of “rue des Remparts”. He was around 1.85m tall, in his thirties and wore dark clothes, police report in their press bulletin
