Dog ends up in a 20-meter hole on Mount Linzone: rescued by the Fire Brigade

On Tuesday afternoon the crew of Drago 84 carried out a rescue operation on Mount Linzone at an altitude of 1200 meters to save a dog.

During a hike, a person heard a dog’s moan coming from a hole in the mountain. The animal was lost by the owner days ago.

The crew of the Drago 84, which took off from Malpensa, took the two helicopter rescuers with the winch near the hole where the fire brigade team of the Zogno detachment was already operating.

A helicopter rescuer, with special clothing, dropped into the hole for about 20 meters, recovering the dog which was then entrusted to the owner who arrived on site.
