Dinard. Two jazz concerts for the same cause, December 3 and 4

In March 2022, the Trouville-based musical group Art Big band made a remarkable entrance on the Dinard music scene, by offering a solidarity jazz concert at the Barrière casino. The performance had all the more challenged as the singer of the group is none other than Marc Scognamiglio, director of the Royal Emeraude of Dinard and of Grand Bé, in Saint-Malo.

Last spring, the event was held for the benefit of the association Footballeurs sans frontières, chaired by François Dinis. As a reminder, this association supports French and international NGOs working for children. Dinardaise, she had particularly accompanied the young Adam, until 2018, allowing him to realize his dreams.

Footballers Without Borders will once again be able to count on the Norman Big Band to multiply its actions: two concerts are looming for Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 December. They will again be played at the Dinard casino and their profits will go entirely to Footballers Without Borders. In March, €1,200 could be donated.

Comedian Bruno Putzulu is expected to attend these concerts at “Christmas swing repertoire, very North American”. which does not exclude “a few surprises”, says Marc Scognamiglio. He himself will in any case be moved, at the opening of these evenings. He will in fact dedicate these concerts to his sister Valérie, a faithful spectator, who recently passed away.

Saturday, December 3, at 8:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 4, at 3 p.m.

Tickets are available online at www.dinardemeraudetourisme.com or directly at the Dinard tourist office.
