Deputy from Surgut demanded to ban the concert of Instasamka and Moneyken

Concerts popular among youth performers Daria Zoteeva, better known as Instasamka, and Oleg Eroshkin, known as Moneyken, must be checked from a legal point of view and, if necessary, banned. The corresponding appeal to the prosecutor’s office of Surgut in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug was sent by the deputy of the Surgut City Duma Dmitry Nechepurenko.

However, the prosecutor’s office was forced to redirect the deputy’s appeal to the Rospotrebnadzor authorities, since the prosecutor’s office itself does not have the authority to take such actions.

The deputy himself claims that he is asking for a legal assessment of the possibility of holding a concert in the city. If in the works of performers there are signs of certain actions that are contrary to the Russian constitution and legislation, concerts should be banned.

The deputy also stressed that the work of performers deserves the attention not of young people and adolescents, but of law enforcement agencies.
