Children are the victims of this pandemic. You have to keep your distance, you can’t meet your friends, you fall behind in what you learn at school. Pediatricians are sounding the alarm: More and more children are eating too much, taking too little exercise and showing signs of depressive exhaustion. At the family reunion we show the results of a children’s study at the University Clinic Eppendorf (UKE) in Hamburg and we talk to the educational researcher Olaf Köller. In addition, two fathers who wrote to us tell us how much their children and therefore the entire family suffer from this time. But there are also tips on where to get help.
