Manish Bidhuri, the nephew of BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri, and Ravi Dayama were also booked for allegedly violating the MCC during the silence period. The police filed a case under Section 126 of the Representation of People’s Act against them.
Atishi alleged that Manish Bidhuri was present with outsiders in Kalkaji, contrary to regulations. Although the police checked the vehicle linked to Bidhuri’s family in the presence of the Executive Magistrate, no violations were found.
