University of Music as a partner of Horben-leben.

(BZ). At the initiative of the Horben-leben association, there will be two concerts by students from the Musikhochschule in Freiburg at the weekend in the Horbener Festhalle. They want to enter into a lively and solid partnership “and thus make our community a place where the young musicians of the university can play music in public,” writes the association.

The first concert will take place on Saturday, June 11th at 5 p.m. Featuring Oleksii Murza (accordion), Florencia Falcioni (violin), Gaétan Pavlin and Katrina Saffuri (viola), Sebastián Mendoza and Haruka Mutaguchi (cello), Elena Branno (oboe) and Hilda Kunnola (harp). According to the announcement, they will play works by Liszt, Boccherini, Mozart, Hindemith, Debussy and others. At the concert on Sunday, June 12, also at 5 p.m. in the Festhalle, the drum trio Clash – Javier Verduras, Timothée de La Morinerie and David Auli Morales will play works by Bach, Huber, Rihm, Cage and other composers. Admission to the concerts is free, but donations for the participants are welcome.
