Swedish film producer Peter Hald is dead, 84 years old.
Among other things, he was a so -called technical director for several of Lasse Åberg’s big films. According to TT, Åberg left the practical director’s work on Peter Hald’s film recordings.
The collaboration led to several of Swedish film’s biggest successes, including “Company Journey” (1980) and the subsequent films-where Åberg also posed in front of the camera as helpless Stig-Helmer Olsson, while Jon Skolmen played his comrade Ole Bramserud.
Peter Hald was for many years Deputy Managing Director/Head of Department for the Swedish Film Institute.
