“Temporary crossings were built in place of the destroyed bridges, which made it possible to maintain transport links. Now, thanks to the repair and restoration work carried out, the structures are again fully suitable for safe traffic movement,” the Service for Rehabilitation and Infrastructure Development in the Kharkov Region reported.
Road workers added that both bridges were built in the 1950s. In 1990 they were reconstructed, one of them was expanded.

The conflict between the three men occurred on the evening of October 10, said Valeria Chirina, spokeswoman for the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“During the argument, the 48-year-old man probably took out an RGO grenade, activated it by disconnecting the safety pin and threw it towards his opponents,” law enforcement officers noted.
As a result of the explosion, a 17-year-old boy and a 39-year-old man were injured. The last one died in the hospital.
“Law enforcement officers detained the attacker. The issue of informing him of suspicion and choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is being resolved,” the prosecutor’s office added.

Over the past 24 hours, four settlements in the Kharkov region have been subjected to enemy attacks, said the head of the KhOVA Oleg Sinegubov.
