Chocolate and pistachio shortbread recipe

  • 50 g cocoa
  • 70 g butter
  • 60g sugar
  • 100g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • Pistachio pieces



In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together. Pour in the softened butter. Mix everything well.


Finally add the beaten egg. Mix. The dough should be smooth.


Reserve the dough for 30 minutes in a salad bowl, covered with a tea towel.


Then roll out the dough and make your circles using a cookie cutter.


Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.


In a saucepan, melt the chocolate bar.


Pour the melted chocolate over your cooled cookies. Sprinkle with pistachio pieces.
