This is my creation! Very strawberry and colorful, like spring.
- 20 biscuits
- 3 gelatin sheets
- 7 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 box 4/4 of mixed fruit in syrup and a few strawberries
- 5 tablespoons of rum
- 1/4 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Prepare a custard. Soften the gelatin in cold water and add it to the custard.
Just before cooling completely, gently fold in the whipped cream.
Soak the cookies in a mixture of sugar water and rum.
Line a charlotte mold with the cookies. Fill alternately with the preparation, the cubed fruit and the cookies. Finish with a layer of cookies.
Put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After unmolding, decorate with whipped cream and the rest of the fruit.
