In 2020 and 2021, most Cecilia concerts fell victim to the corona lockdowns. This year, on the other hand, the bands were in full swing again. Many went back to their roots.
On December 8th, the band will play their church concert, and then the time for the Cecilia concerts in Tennengau will be over. “You noticed that everyone was highly motivated and delighted that there was again the opportunity to play concerts in front of full halls,” says Armin Keuschnigg, Kapellmeister in Krispl-Gaißau and Tennengauer district chairman of the Salzburg Brass Band Association. “And there was a large audience, I think even more than in recent years.”
