Before the voting day on July 1, 58.5 million Russians voted, or 54% of all voters, the head of the CEC, Ella Pamfilova, said in an information center, RBC reports.
36.8 million people (62%) voted in the polls. Out of the premises 20.6 million voted (36% of the election participants). Another 2% or 1.1 million citizens in Moscow and the Nizhny Novgorod region voted remotely.
The final results will be officially announced tomorrow, Pamfilova said. “At the moment, we are not aware of cases that could affect the outcome of the vote,” she said.
In one region on one site, the results are completely canceled. This is section 2783 in Moscow Ramenki, where the stuffing was fixed by the chairman of the commission, the head of the CEC said.
