Cafeteria from home with these two recipes.

Coffee is one of those drinks that you can enjoy on any occasion regardless of the season of the year. Preparation techniques have evolved so much in recent years that preparing them from home is no longer a luxury, but just another option.

On cold winter days, a hot cappuccino can be your best ally, but if you want to go further and experience something different, we leave you another option, this time cold. Both recipes are easy to prepare and you can make them with things you have around the house. No machines, strange tricks nor exotic ingredients, go ahead and prepare them and surprise your loved ones with these delicious options.

Homemade cappuccino

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup of sweetened espresso
• 1 cup of whole milk
• cocoa or cinnamon to decorate

PREPARATION
Heat the milk until just before it comes to a boil, the milk needs to be hot to create foam. Once hot, different techniques can be used to froth it. Place the milk in a jar with a lid or in an airtight container. Cover tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to a minute until milk foams and increases in volume. A faster remedy is to use the mixer for 1 minute until the foam rises. Immediately afterwards put the milk already whipped in the microwave for about 30 seconds and thus the foam will compact. To serve, first place the foam in the cup and slowly pour the sweetened coffee down the side of the cup. In this way the coffee goes down and the foam stays up. Decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and serve immediately, very hot.
Note: Using whole milk will allow it to foam enough to prepare the recipe.

Dalgona coffee

INGREDIENTS
• 4 tablespoons of soluble coffee
• 4 tablespoons of Sugar
• 4 tablespoons of hot water
• 400 ml of milk

PREPARATION
In the blender glass, add the soluble coffee, sugar and hot water. Beat for one minute or until thickened like coffee creamer. You can also whisk the coffee, sugar and water mixture by hand. It may take a little longer, but it will be just as good. Finally, you have to mount the Dalgona coffee or Dalgona coffee. Fill two glasses with ice and milk, top with the coffee cream and serve immediately.

TIP: This recipe is a good substitute for the classic iced coffee. It is recommended to mix the coffee cream with the milk, stirring everything before tasting, so the flavors will mix and the coffee is distributed throughout the drink.
