Consumer advocates warn of salmonella in smoked children


The Federal Office for Consumer Protection warns against the consumption of the smoked child of the brand "Schildauer". It cannot be excluded that there are individual packages from Schildauer Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH Salmonelles. Affected are products with the expiration date 09.05.2019.

Salmonella are bacteria that can cause nausea, diarrhea and vomiting. The Schildauer Räucherlende was only sold in Saxony.
