Bukidnon State University (BukSU) recently underwent a comprehensive external validation process aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of its gender mainstreaming initiatives. The assessment was keenly focused on ensuring BukSU complies with both national and international standards.

The Philippine Commission on Women-North Mindanao Field Office led the independent validation at BukSU’s Research Building Conference Room from February 20-21, 2025. Gender and Development Specialist II Patricia Mae I. Mabalos and Supervising GAD Specialist Hamilcar B. Chanjueco Jr. spearheaded the evaluation.
