PIKINE – A notable shift in Pikine’s political landscape has occurred with Boubacar Samb,formerly a key figure in the Gueum Movement SA BOPP,announcing his resignation and the formation of a new political entity,the Jotna movement.
In a press release, Samb reflected on his journey and the motivations behind his decision. “if I have chosen to observe the political field to move away from the clashes of politics, if I sometimes took the risk of a certain loneliness, it is because I wanted to turn to myself and not to populism,” he explained.
