The Bettencourt Schueller Foundation reveals the 2025 winners of its ambitious scientific sponsorship programs


Paris, December 3 – The Bettencourt Schueller Foundation unveils the 2025 list of its Awards and support programs for researchers in the life sciences. Seven scientists were distinguished by the Impulscience® program on December 2 during a ceremony by Françoise Bettencourt Meyers, president of the Foundation, in the presence of Professor Emmanuelle Charpentier, 2020 Nobel Prize in Chemistry and godmother of the program. The winners of the Liliane Bettencourt Prize for life sciences and the ATIP-Avenir program endowment were also revealed.

In a global context where the freedom of research and the independence of science are being put to the test, the Bettencourt Schueller Foundation reaffirms its commitment to fundamental research by distinguishing nine exceptional researchers, chosen for the excellence of their work and their ability to advance knowledge in the life sciences. Selected by a scientific council chaired by Professor Hugues de Thé and composed of 14 renowned international experts representing all disciplines in the sector, the winners contribute to deepening the understanding of the mechanisms of life and opening new avenues for scientific innovation.
